remember this? a developer was installing a bigger sewer line for a new eleven-home-gated (excuuuse us) community up our street. it seems kind of sassy making a gated community. i guess they want to be separated from all the older (fifty years plus) homes in the area. i feel sorry for the homes along the side street leading to the development. the houses are all sold and for a little over a million each. anyway, they cracked our concrete wall while doing the sewer work. they agreed to fix it for us and are in the demolition stage as i write this. i just know something is going to go wrong or it'll turn out crappy. it will be two-toned though. apparently, concrete changes color (darker) with time.
i'm not feeling very positive today.
This sounds like something that would happen to us! So don't feel all alone. We seem to attract problems like a moth to a flame.
